SMS Communication:
Managed Living’s CMS enable you to send 1 – to – many personalized and bulk SMS to all residents in your estate. You can even schedule a sms for all residents on their birthdays. 
Levy balance communication:
In order to reduce debtors effective communication of levy balances is imperative. The latest levy balance can be communicated to all individual residents by sending one email from our system. Importing of levy balances has been done before from various accounting programs.
Secure Login:
All resident will be issued with a username & password. This enables all residents to update their personal detail on the database.
Web Design:
Through extensive experience in this area, Managed Living offers Web Design Service, in which we will facilitate the specification, design, approval and launch of a public Estate or Community Website. As standard we provide estates with a basic web landing page free off charge. Other web services include: Domain Name registration; Website Hosting; Website updates and Maintenance. If you are interested in a more comprehensive website for your estate, we will be glad to offer you a quotation for such a service.
Email & E-Newsletter:
Managed Living’s CMS enable you to send 1 – to – many personalized and bulk Emails to all residents in your estate.
The layouts are recommendations only and we will discuss your needs and design a tailor-made template for your estate

3. PRICING SUMMARY FOR MANAGED LIVING CMS:
Monthly License Fee:
Monthly License Fee for CMS: R5750.00
Managed Living sources and manages Sponsors that pay for the monthly license fee. Cost to estate: ZERO per month.
One full day visits and training during first month of implementation.
Ongoing support & training included.
What is in it for the Sponsor:
What is in it for the Sponsor? All the Sponsor asks is to have branding space on the CMS communication templates. The system will always remain the property of the estate HOA and all branding on the templates by the sponsor will be secondary to the estate specific branding.
Monthly Subscription Includes:
Full usage on the CMS system
Installation and Training as discussed in 2.1
Comprehensive support from Managed Living
Public Web Services including:
Website Hosting and a generic landing page for your estate. Basic Maintenance of the landing page.
